SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery

Delivery is the next day after payment confirmation. So if the payment is made today, you can receive the puppy tomorrow evening. When I register for delivery, I will give you the tracking number and all the necessary shipping information you will need to receive the puppy.

Ship transportation

Shipping and then delivering your puppy to your address has never been easier. Your pup will travel in an air-conditioned pet cabin in an airline-approved carrier. Ahead of time you will have a flight number, arrival time and a reference number that will identify your puppy. We will also make all arrangements for your puppy to be delivered to your home address, just as you can collect your puppy at the airport, just like picking up a person, you will need a reference number/airline account number. Whatever works best for you and your pup, that’s what we try to provide. Transport is completely safe and stress-free for the puppy. You will usually receive your puppy within 24 hours the same day after shipping depending on your location. Puppies on airplanes are as safe as you or I flying. I have been consigning dogs for over 11 years. When flying puppies and adults, I always try to ship direct non-stop. In my experience and opinion, my puppies are very comfortable and new owners tell me that their new puppy arrived happy and not stressed at all.

We ship our puppies using airlines because it is the fastest and safest way to get our puppies from us to you, especially if you live far away or in another state. Our puppies are shipped in an airline approved plastic kennel, which we customize depending on the weight of the puppy, the distance or the length of the trip. In the plane, they travel in a special air-conditioned and pressurized space, which is no different from the cabin. They are not in the same compartment as passengers’ luggage.

Our shipping crates are clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” colored stickers. We will clearly mark the containers with the destination airport, confirmation number, phone number and customer address. When we know the puppy is going to be shipped, we play with him in the crate before shipping to get him used to it. They never showed fear of the crate. We put a lot of food and a lot of water in the shipping crate. Water provides all the moisture a puppy needs during birth. One of the reasons we do this is so that in the unlikely event that the puppy is stuck at the airport overnight (due to problems with a connecting flight), we don’t have to worry about getting enough food or water. Although traveling is not that difficult for them, we don’t like to make them spend more time in transit than absolutely necessary. For this reason, we also look for the shortest route and always schedule direct flights if possible.

We check weather conditions on the receiving end and only ship when we feel it is safe to do so. We put the health of our puppies above all other considerations and do not ship if we feel it could be dangerous for the well being of the puppies. We usually ship Monday – Saturday. We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. WE WILL NOT SHIP if we feel the weather conditions are unsafe for the puppy. It may take your puppy a few days to settle into their new home, sometimes it takes a day or two to settle in, but the vast majority of people tell us that just get out of the crate and get going. right at home.

Babysitter Transport:

We can also deliver your new puppy DIRECTLY to your arms!! We have a reliable airline nanny who will fly your puppy directly to you. This is the safest, most reliable and least stressful way for your new puppy to be delivered to you. A sitter with a puppy is bored with them and can give them the attention they need. We want the best possible care for your puppy!

Due care:

All puppies are flown with ice water, litter and food attached to their crate if needed. Shipping varies, but we prefer to use American, United, or Continental Airlines. They are amazing with animals and have new planes with compartments made specifically for kittens, puppies, birds, insects, etc.

Health card:

These are required for all pets traveling by air. This is to ensure that all pets do not share anything more than a ride. This certificate is required by all airlines. YES, it is mandatory.

Please wait for your puppy at the given time at home or at the airport. The puppy is usually available 1 hour after arrival and valid identification such as a driver’s license is required for collection. We really appreciate knowing that the puppy has arrived safe and sound at your home, so please call or email us as soon as you get a chance. Be sure to take your puppy to your vet for a regular check-up within 48 hours of arrival. A follow-up call will be made 24 hours after you have received your new puppy to make sure everything is perfect, answer all your questions and gauge your satisfaction.
